Size it to your batch
Work out your biggest batch, then pick the bowl or blade size with some headroom.
Check the power
Larger mixers and slicers may need a 15 amp or 3 phase outlet. Check the plug type first.
Plan the bench or floor space
Benchtop units need a solid bench; floor models need space to open the guard and clean.
