CHOOSING THE RIGHT MODEL

A practical guide to three-door bar fridges

Three-door cabinets provide a longer service frontage and more separated shelf access. Check the full width, door movement, capacity and delivery route before deciding which model suits the venue.

Plan the full cabinet width

Counter-height three-door models are 1350mm wide, while the upright model is larger in both width and height. Measure the installation space and delivery route before ordering.

Choose hinged or sliding doors

Hinged doors provide direct access to each compartment but require swing clearance. Sliding doors reduce outward movement and can work better behind a busy bar or in a narrow aisle.

Choose counter height or upright

The 293L and 324L cabinets suit counter-height service areas. The 1242L upright model is a different format intended for much greater vertical storage capacity.

Standard or stainless finish?

Black models suit darker joinery and customer-facing bars. Stainless and deluxe stainless options coordinate with commercial preparation areas; compare each model because finish, ambient rating and weight can differ.

Access, ventilation and delivery

Allow for the complete cabinet dimensions, door movement, rear and side ventilation and the route into position. The upright model is substantially heavier and should be planned as a separate installation task.

COMMON QUESTIONS

3 Door Bar Fridges FAQs

Why choose a commercial bar fridge over a domestic one?

Commercial bar fridges are built for constant door opening and all-day running. Our under-bench and back bar models are rated to hold 0–10°C in ambient heat up to 38°C, with a 2 year onsite parts and labour warranty.

How wide is a three-door bar fridge?

The counter-height models in this range are 1350mm wide. The upright BC-1500H is 1710mm wide. Always confirm the individual product dimensions before planning joinery or delivery access.

Should I choose hinged or sliding doors?

Choose hinged doors when full compartment access is the priority and there is clear space in front. Choose sliding doors where reducing outward door swing improves the service aisle.

What is the difference between 293L and 324L models?

The 293L models are 845mm high and classified here as under-counter. The 324L models are 900mm high. Their full internal dimensions and installation requirements are listed on the product pages.

When should I choose the upright model?

Choose the 1242L upright model when vertical shelf capacity matters more than counter-height placement. Check its height, weight, access route and ventilation before ordering.
