How Can I Track My Order?
Once the shipping has been booked, you will receive a tracking link in an email, this link will provide live information on the progress of your delivery.
You should receive a notification on day of delivery with "on board for delivery". The delivery should arrive before 5pm on that day.
How long is the Warranty?
The warranty period for each product varies and is listed in the details of each product . Please see Terms and Conditions for more warranty specifics.
What Happens if my Unit is Damaged in Transit?
Our products are designed with safe freight in mind. However, if damage is to occur, please notify us ASAP when receiving your unit so we can provide assistance.
What is the Warranty Process?
To initiate a warranty claim either call or email us. We need proof of purchase (order number will suffice). You will also be asked to provide images/videos of the rating plate (showing the model and serial number) and one of the issue. Once this has been received we can assess and send a technician (if applicable).
Can I Place a Backorder?
Yes you can! Products often sell out as soon as they land due to demand. Call or email us to pre-order. We can provide you with details of when that item is back in stock
Can I Collect from your Warehouse?
Our friendly warehouse staff are more than happy to assist. We can hold your product(s) for up to 5 business days after purchase. You may incur a fee if the unit stays longer. Please see terms and conditions for clarification.
