How much ice will I get?

About 50kg a day, roughly 250 drinks at around 200g of ice each. Output is lower in a hot room.

Will it fit?

It is 400 × 550 × 750mm. Leave 20mm on all sides and 100mm behind for airflow.

Why not a cheap benchtop ice maker?

Benchtop units suit home use. This makes 50kg a day for trade, with a 7kg bin.
