Choosing a countertop VRX servery

Match the width and gastronorm-pan layout to the preparation line, then confirm the supporting bench, glass clearance, power, ventilation and safe reach across the ingredients.

Choose the correct width

Select 1200mm, 1500mm or 2000mm according to available bench space and the number of ingredients needed during service.

Compare the pan layout

The current models range from four GN positions to nine 1/3 GN positions. Check the exact configuration and whether pans are supplied.

Check the supporting bench

Confirm load capacity, footprint, stability, power, ventilation and the complete glass height before installation.

Countertop system

These units provide chilled ingredient wells above an existing support surface; they are not full base cabinets.

Glass top and access

The glass guard improves separation and presentation, but the station still needs safe staff reach and a cleaning routine around the pans and glass.

No. The supporting bench must suit its dimensions, weight, stability, ventilation and service access requirements.
