Product overview
The KOVE Core Ice Bath – Inflatable Upright Cold Plunge (Chiller Compatible) is designed for simple, no-nonsense cold immersion. Its upright barrel-style format delivers a classic squat-style plunge — favoured by athletes and experienced users for short, intense cold exposure.
Compact, portable, and highly durable, the Core is ideal for users who value efficiency and tradition over reclined comfort.
The upright barrel format keeps the body vertical in a squat-style position, encouraging controlled breathing, mental focus, and efficient cold exposure. This style is often preferred for shorter, more frequent plunges.
The Core Ice Bath is built using heavy-duty, skin-friendly PVC with an extra-thick 5 cm insulated drop-stitch wall. This provides excellent rigidity, insulation, and long-term durability.
The bath body features two standard 1/2-inch connectors (inlet and outlet), allowing direct integration with ice bath chillers, including all KOVE Ice Bath Chillers.
The water outlet valve allows for quick draining and easy water changes, keeping ownership simple and practical.
The Core inflates quickly and packs down easily, making it suitable for home use, gyms, training camps, and temporary recovery setups.
It’s suited to shared use, gyms, studios, assuming sensible placement and maintenance.
