Delivery schedule
- Deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- All deliveries require a signature and can't be left unattended (Authority to Leave is not available).
Heavy items (30kg and over)
- Please have enough people or a forklift on hand to help offload.
- If you need a tail-lift truck, select that option at checkout or call us on 03 9783 6325 and we'll help arrange it.
Delivery location
- Deliveries are to kerbside only. Our drivers aren't able to unpack, position or install goods.
- Please arrange any help you'll need in advance so delivery goes smoothly.
Missed deliveries
- Your first delivery attempt is included in the price.
- If you're unable to accept delivery during the arranged window, our carrier may charge a re-delivery fee, which we'll pass on to you. Paying these promptly avoids any further recovery action.
Warehouse collection
- If you're collecting from our warehouse, we'll hold your order free of charge for 5 business days.
- After that, a $10 per-day storage fee applies, and goods are released once the fee is paid.
