An open prep island. Open on all four sides, so it works as a central prep station that staff can use from either side, or as a landing bench beside cooking equipment. The worktop is 600 × 600mm.
Materials. The worktop is 430-grade stainless steel, with galvanised steel legs and undershelf. It costs less than the 201-grade version with a stainless frame.
Height and storage. The worktop sits at 860mm. The undershelf adjusts in height, for stock, small appliances or pans, and the round legs have levelling feet that adjust up to 10mm for uneven floors.
Delivery. It arrives flat packed in a 875 × 670 × 95mm carton and needs simple assembly. Net weight 15kg.
