Product overview
An open prep island. Open on all four sides, so it works as a central prep station that staff can use from either side, or as a landing bench beside cooking equipment. The worktop is 1500 × 600mm.
Materials. The worktop is 430-grade stainless steel, with galvanised steel legs and undershelf. It costs less than the 201-grade version with a stainless frame.
Height and storage. The worktop sits at 860mm. The undershelf adjusts in height and measures 1330 × 460mm, for stock, small appliances or pans, and the round legs have levelling feet that adjust up to 10mm for uneven floors.
Delivery. It arrives flat packed in a 1545 × 625 × 195mm carton and needs simple assembly. Net weight 29kg.
