CHOOSING THE RIGHT MODEL

Choosing a solid-door under bench fridge

Choose the door count around the service frontage and stock separation, then confirm the cabinet width, internal layout, temperature range, ambient rating and ventilation requirements.

Match doors to service access

More doors spread access across a longer bench line and help separate stock, but increase the cabinet width.

Compare internal layout

Use shelf dimensions and internal measurements to check whether trays, containers and packaged ingredients fit—not litres alone.

Plan ventilation and delivery

Keep the refrigeration system serviceable and confirm doorways, turns, floor condition and electrical access.

Stainless steel work surface

The flat stainless top provides a practical commercial surface, but hot equipment and fixed joinery must not obstruct ventilation or servicing.

Standard 2°C to 8°C range

The current four models list a 2°C to 8°C operating range. Product suitability still depends on the food, ambient conditions and operating instructions.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Solid Door Under Bench Fridges FAQs

Is an under bench fridge the same as a counter fridge?

Yes. Both names describe a stainless steel fridge at bench height with a work surface on top and chilled storage below.

Which capacities are available?

The current solid-door range includes 115L, 260L, 403L and 545L models.

How many doors should I choose?

Choose according to the required width, stock separation and number of staff who need access during service.

Are the doors self-closing?

Check the individual product specification; do not assume every cabinet has the same hardware.

Can equipment sit on top?

Only when the cabinet load, heat, ventilation and manufacturer instructions allow it. Confirm the intended installation before placing hot equipment above refrigeration.
