8. In-store pick-up identity verification

To help prevent fraud, customers collecting an order in person will be asked to provide a copy of the order invoice and photo identification to confirm they are the person entitled to collect the order. We handle any identification you provide securely, use it only for verifying the collection, and do not retain it longer than necessary for that purpose. Failure to provide this information may delay collection or result in a refund instead of collection.

Sensitive information such as payment details is transmitted using encryption and processed through our payment providers' secure systems.
