Prep Fridges
Borrelli prep fridges are two things in one: refrigerated storage below, and a chilled ingredient rail on top where you build pizzas, sandwiches and salads without walking to the fridge. A whole prep station in a single footprint.
Pizza prep tables run deeper with a generous bench (often granite) for stretching bases; sandwich and salad prep counters are shallower for made-to-order. Two to three doors of chilled storage beneath.
- Refrigerated storage below + chilled topping rail on top
- Pizza prep (deep, granite option) and sandwich/salad prep
- Two to three doors of backup storage
- Gastronorm pan rail for toppings
- Cutting board / prep surface
- Castors on many models
- Built for continuous commercial use
Pick by the job: pizza prep (deeper cabinet, bigger bench) or sandwich/salad prep (shallower counter), and granite or stainless top.
Several models pair the base with a glass-topped VRX servery so the topping rail is on show and chilled.
See the VRX servery range.
