Delivery Information Overview
Tracking Your Order:
- Upon receiving your dispatch confirmation email, track your order via the provided link in the email.
- Status updates will be sent to the email and mobile number provided at checkout.
Delivery Schedule:
- Deliveries occur between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
- All deliveries require a signature and cannot be left unattended (ATL not permitted).
Receiving Heavy Items (30kg or heavier):
- Ensure adequate manpower or a forklift is available for offloading.
- For items requiring a tail-lift, please select this option at checkout or contact us at 0397836325 for assistance.
Delivery Attempts:
- The first delivery attempt is included in your purchase.
- Inability to accept delivery within the allocated slot may result in re-delivery charges from our carrier.
- Re-delivery fee invoices must be paid promptly to avoid escalation to debt collection, which may include additional costs and compensation claims.
Delivery Location:
- Deliveries are made to the kerbside only.
- Drivers are not responsible for unpacking, positioning, or installation of goods.
