Delivery Information Overview

Tracking Your Order:

  • Upon receiving your dispatch confirmation email, track your order via the provided link in the email.
  • Status updates will be sent to the email and mobile number provided at checkout.

Delivery Schedule:

  • Deliveries occur between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • All deliveries require a signature and cannot be left unattended (ATL not permitted).

Receiving Heavy Items (30kg or heavier):

  • Ensure adequate manpower or a forklift is available for offloading.
  • For items requiring a tail-lift, please select this option at checkout or contact us at 0397836325 for assistance.

Delivery Attempts:

  • The first delivery attempt is included in your purchase.
  • Inability to accept delivery within the allocated slot may result in re-delivery charges from our carrier.
  • Re-delivery fee invoices must be paid promptly to avoid escalation to debt collection, which may include additional costs and compensation claims.

Delivery Location:

  • Deliveries are made to the kerbside only.
  • Drivers are not responsible for unpacking, positioning, or installation of goods.

Please ensure that all delivery arrangements are made in advance to facilitate a smooth delivery process. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Collection:

  • If you are collecting your goods from our warehouse, you are more than welcome to leave it here for 5 business days.
  • At the close of business on the 5th business day, a $10 fee will be incurred, and will continue to be added daily for storage. 
  • The fee will need to be paid prior to the release of the goods.
