Receiving Heavy Items (30kg or heavier):

Ensure adequate manpower or a forklift is available for offloading.

Delivery Attempts:

The first delivery attempt is included in your purchase.
Inability to accept delivery within the allocated slot may result in re-delivery charges from our carrier.
Re-delivery fee invoices must be paid promptly to avoid escalation to debt collection, which may include additional costs and compensation claims.

Delivery Location:

Deliveries are made to the kerbside only.
Drivers are not responsible for unpacking, positioning, or installation of goods.

If you are collecting your goods from our warehouse, you are more than welcome to leave it here for 5 business days.
At the close of business on the 5th business day, a $10 fee will be incurred, and will continue to be added daily for storage.

Each burner has manual igniters, thermocouples, and flame failure devices. The open barbecue grill sections are removable for cleaning and can also be placed flat or tilted/sloping towards the front.
