Delivery Information

Estimated delivery times

Once your order is dispatched, typical transit times are:

• Melbourne & suburbs — 1–3 business days
• Sydney & Adelaide — 3–5 business days
• Brisbane — 4–7 business days
• Perth — 6–10 business days
• Rural & regional areas — 3–10 business days

These are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary during busy periods or for remote locations.

Tracking your order

• When your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
• Status updates are sent to the email and mobile number you provide at checkout.

Delivery schedule

• Deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
• All deliveries require a signature and can't be left unattended (Authority to Leave is not available).

Heavy items (30kg and over)

• Please have enough people or a forklift on hand to help offload.
• If you need a tail-lift truck, select that option at checkout or call us on 03 9783 6325 and we'll help arrange it.

Delivery location

• Deliveries are to kerbside only. Our drivers aren't able to unpack, position or install goods.
• Please arrange any help you'll need in advance so delivery goes smoothly.

Missed deliveries

• Your first delivery attempt is included in the price.
• If you're unable to accept delivery during the arranged window, our carrier may charge a re-delivery fee, which we'll pass on to you. Paying these promptly avoids any further recovery action.

Warehouse collection

• If you're collecting from our warehouse, we'll hold your order free of charge for 5 business days.
• After that, a $10 per-day storage fee applies, and goods are released once the fee is paid.
