How Can I Track My Order?
When your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
We offer next day dispatch. Once the shipping has been booked, you will receive a tracking link to the email provided, this will give you up to date information on the process for your delivery. You will receive a notification day of delivery with the notification "on board for delivery". Your delivery should arrive before 5pm on that day.
How long is the Warranty?
The warranty period for each product, is listed in the product details. This can very depending on the product. Please see our Terms and Conditions for the specifications surrounding the warranty.
What Happens if my Unit is Damaged in Transit?
Our products are designed with safe freight in mind. However, if damage is to occur, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your unit for a remedy.
What is the Warranty Process?
When initiating a warranty claim, you can either call or email us to begin, with the issue and a proof of purchase (order number will suffice). We will request 2 images/videos. 1 of the rating plate (showing the model and serial number) and 1 of the issue. Once this has been received we will assess and send a technician (if applicable).
Can I Place a Backorder?
Yes you can! Email or call us for more details, arrival times and to arrange.
Can I Collect from your Warehouse?
Yes you can! Our friendly warehouse staff are more than happy to assist. Your unit is more than welcome to stay for up to 5 business days after purchase. Fees will incur if the unit stays longer than 5 business days, please see terms and conditions for clarification.
