Delivery Information Overview
Tracking Your Order:
- Upon receiving your dispatch confirmation email, track your order via the provided link in the email.
 - Status updates will be sent to the email and mobile number provided at checkout.
 
Delivery Schedule:
- Deliveries occur between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
 - All deliveries require a signature and cannot be left unattended (ATL not permitted).
 
Receiving Heavy Items (30kg or heavier):
- Ensure adequate manpower or a forklift is available for offloading.
 - For items requiring a tail-lift, please select this option at checkout or contact us at 0397836325 for assistance.
 
Delivery Attempts:
- The first delivery attempt is included in your purchase.
 - Inability to accept delivery within the allocated slot may result in re-delivery charges from our carrier.
 - Re-delivery fee invoices must be paid promptly to avoid escalation to debt collection, which may include additional costs and compensation claims.
 
Delivery Location:
- Deliveries are made to the kerbside only.
 - Drivers are not responsible for unpacking, positioning, or installation of goods.
 
Please ensure that all delivery arrangements are made in advance to facilitate a smooth delivery process. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Collection:
- If you are collecting your goods from our warehouse, you are more than welcome to leave it here for 5 business days.
 - At the close of business on the 5th business day, a $10 fee will be incurred, and will continue to be added daily for storage.Â
 - The fee will need to be paid prior to the release of the goods.Â

30-Day Return Policy
Eligibility
- You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
 - The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging.
 - A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
 - If you have opened the packaging, there will be incurring fees.
 
Process:
- Initiate a Return: Contact us at sales@borrelli.com.au to request a return. Please provide the reason and proof of purchase.
 - Return Shipping: Upon acceptance, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Please box up the unit in original packaging (or similar) to ensure proper and safe transportation our warehouse. 
- Note: Returns without prior request will not be accepted.
 
 - Arrival of Return: Once the unit arrives to our warehouse, we are to inspect it. If the unit has been opened, there will be a restocking fee of 25% as well as return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
- Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the unit otherwise it is out of the scope of our liability.
 - Reporting: If you find any defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of receiving for resolution.
 
Exchanges
- For an exchange, return the original item. Please contact our sales team, and we will begin the exchange process.
 - Note: Shipping fees may incur.
 
Refunds
- Inspection and Approval: We will inspect your return; upon approval, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
 - Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days post-approval.
- Note: Banking or credit card processing times may vary. It can take between 10-15 business days.
 
 - Follow-Up: If you haven’t received a refund after 15 business days of approval, please contact us at sales@borrelli.com.au.
